Learning Stages supported this event by providing Event Management & Control solutions across this busy site. With anticipated numbers of around 7,000 people attending, we safely oversaw the execution of the parade, ensuring clear communication across this busy and complex site. Working with first aid, a large security team, traffic management and more, we ensured that the parade participants were safe in their journey on public roads. The parade included marching instrumentalists, members of the public and pyrotechnics that were set off at strategic moments through the parade.

Our team provided infrastructure and on-the-ground support, including communication and public address equipment, event control personnel, drinking water solutions for the event participants and overnight infrastructure, security and support for the parade bases.
